– The lid and straw are included
– The images are created by laser engraving the powder coating and ARE permanent
– It is dishwasher safe but hand washing is recommended to ensure longevity of the finish
– It is designed for both hot and cold drinks
– Should fit most standard cup holders

Due to the custom nature of these items and for hygienic reasons I do NOT accept returns or exchanges. The only exception to this is if I have made a mistake. Cancellations are not accepted once work has begun on the tumblers.
